Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) are processed the same day; orders placed after 22:00 are processed on the next business day.

No-Ship Days

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or UK public holidays.

 

 

 

Delivery Time

 

 

  • Estimated Transit: 5–15 business days after processing, depending on destination and carrier performance. Remote areas or customs clearance may extend delivery times.

 

 

 

 

Shipping Process

Lost or Damaged Items

 

 

  • Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, email contact@hwaterbottle.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Orders: If tracking shows your parcel as lost in transit, contact us right away. We’ll liaise with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund once the investigation is complete.
