Lost or Damaged Items

Damaged Orders: If your item arrives damaged, email contact@hwaterbottle.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the packaging and product so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost Orders: If tracking shows your parcel as lost in transit, contact us right away. We’ll liaise with the carrier and send a replacement or issue a refund once the investigation is complete.
